I've always wanted some stuff from Sephora and Victoria Secret but it's just too darn tedious to buy from those because they require a US adress and US credit card. It could just make one frustrated.
The store policy is typical of that any pre-order. The prices of service fee and shipping varies and may depend on the amount you order. Service Fee is reasonable. More or less, this is a very reliable service if you really are determined to have a few things from Sephora or Victoria Secret.
